Roam Fitness was born from a desire to empower women through movement, strength, and confidence. Feeling strong physically can positively impact every part of life — from energy and posture to confidence and wellbeing.
In my 30s, after having a child and being diagnosed with Endometriosis, I realised that exercise needed to support my lifestyle, hormones, recovery, and long-term health — not just fitness goals. That experience shaped the way I now coach women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and the changes that come through their 40s, 50s and beyond.
Whatever your starting point, it’s never too late to prioritise your health and feel stronger, more mobile, and more confident. We’ll constantly adapt and check in to ensure that the sessions are right for you and discuss broader lifestyle choices to ensure you’ve got a holistic and realistic journey towards change.
