What are the training hours you operate?

Main training days are Monday, Wednesday, Saturday from 8:00am - 3:00pm (other times are on a case by case basis, please enquire).

What can I expect in a 45min session?

You’ll conduct a short warm up to get your body ready for the session, followed by the main part of the session which will be designed for you by the Personal Trainer, and finished off with a few stretches to cool down.

Depending on what you need to achieve, there may a combination of exercises targeting muscular strength, flexibility, and balance, with some added cardio.

If you’ve got any prior or current injuries/limitations, that’s not a problem, we can accommodate.

What equipment do you use?

A variety of equipment can be used in your sessions to suit your goals. For example, Roam Fitness uses various resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, training positions and styles, etc. for you to get the most out of the session.

What other servicing options are there?

Please contact us to discuss what suits you and your lifestyle. Other options are 1:2 PT sessions, or sessions at either 30mins or 60mins in length.

Do you offer a bulk discount?

Discounts for bulk prepayment offering 5% discount for pack of 3 sessions, 10% discount for 5 sessions, and £10 off per online session. Please ask at your trial session or contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our preferred method of payment is in advance at the end of your previous session with our tap-and-go payment reader. Bank transfer is also an option.

What is your Cancellation policy?

We understand that in life, things happen. If you need to reschedule, and you let us know with more than 24hrs notice before your session, we’ll try to fit you in with no additional cost. However, if less than 24hrs is given, you’ll be charged the full fee of the session (unless agreed otherwise with the personal trainer).
